Pre-Hand Over Management
• Conduct thorough site inspection of the project • Preparation of building condition report • Compilation building details, licenses, certificates, operation manuals and plans • Formulation of Standard Operating Procedures
Building management and preventative maintenance
• Implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program• Implement security and emergency response management;• Propose and implement an energy conservation program; • Assure a 24 hour response maintenance team;• Ensure that all facilities and services, including Mechanical & Electrical Services, are in good working order.
